This was one of the first trails we encountered at the Sleeping Giant. It was relatively flat as the trail zig-zagged along a cascading creek. 0.8km later, we arrived at the end of the trail which offered a very scenic view of an inlet off Black Bay.
This was a nice short and easy trail to hike, that included lots of birch, balsam fir, and spruce trees. Since the main attraction of this trail is the cascading creek that showcases some small waterfalls, we recommend doing this trail in the summer rather than the winter.
